If it goes the way it did last time, it'll be held during the Season 39 offseason. leading into Season 40.
You might want to wait for TN to chime in on that though.

A simple toggle box on player creation for entering next seasons draft. And for previous owners, 2 check boxes. 1 for reset no draft. other for reset enter draft.
