If that is actually true then there's no need to make this change at all. Either having extra money is an advantage or it isn't. If it isn't, then you don't need this new rule. If it is, then the people who got in just ahead of this new rule will have that advantage.

A friend of mine owned a pro team, and wanted to restart. He dropped his team down to the bottom of the ladder, but was left with a full stadium and a bunch of money. He knew that didn't make sense, so he PM'd support about it. He got no response.

It puts everyone on a level playing field. There is no rational argument against it. In fact, it would infuse this game with a new level of hope & excitement and would create a buzz across the net that THIS is the time to join GLB.

Maybe you're new to GLB, but those of us who have been around have heard "things are going to be fixed" long enough that it basically reads like "I need to poop." The changes that actually get made are usually the ones that were never promised and nobody saw coming. It's the shit we get promised that very rarely ever gets fulfilled.
