This is why I fucking hate this game! No way I should have lost. I had the perfect game plan set. I knew every play he was going to call on defense on every play. I had the correct calls but my stupid damn blockers can't make a damn open field block. Or my HB runs out of bounds before the 1st down. Or my guard tries to block a freaking blocker coming off the edge instead of blocking straight ahead.

He ran cat 2 blitz on 1st, edge blitz on 2nd and MO on short yardage. I ran weak tosses on 1st, up the middle on 2nd and toss on short yardage.

GE is clearly grieving his offense...

Yeah...I was experimenting with new offenses my last dozen or so scrimmages.

Next up...bargaining. Followed closely by depression and then acceptance.

We're here to support you through your loss...

If everything worked how everyone wanted then everyone would win every game.

Dude when you have the perfect game plan set, you actually win the game, you thought you had a good game plan set and you lost, it happens.

Stop acting like you're extremely good at the game and that every loss is because of RNG or something not working properly.

Is that what you want? Do you want to quit? If so, then perhaps you have found the answer. Or, is quitting the easy way out? Perhaps you can find a way to accept that your scheme/builds/playbooks/tactics may not be ideal and adjust accordingly?

Good Luck No Name. I think I barely got a good gameplan set in time. Let's see how you changed your offense to beat me this time

Wow, our run stuff CB Dakotah had a field day against ASU

My biggest issues are:

Blockers should never turn around or block guys coming off the edge. They should block straight ahead.

Zone is broken. Just go watch my thread about 2 DB Fire Blitz. A DB should never cover a player outside of his zone. FS has no business covering TE across the field. Also, a player should recognize when his teammate is covering a WR and not double cover...they should play smarter.

This might be my biggest complaint. WRs falling down should not catch as many passes as they do. I am sick of watching a WR fall to the ground while making a catch. My DBs have no shot at knocking the ball loose. It happens about half the time. If a player has no points invested in balance, they should drop way more passes while falling to the ground.

So you're finally getting it? It only took what? Months if not a year of other people telling you it doesn't work, and how many $100s of your money to finally figure out the obvious?

GG... that was close. My heart almost stopped on that last play when your WR caught it and almost ran it in.

Rehashed my PORN game plan with some adjustments because I really like most of what I did in that game.

Nice win fair. That moves PORN into the #1 spot

FUCK!

So angry about the playcalls. 2nd down between 3 and 7 yards it was set to run inside 50% of the time. Total playcalls? 1 run, 7 passes. Blah, that happens with random odds, but the past few games have been heavily skewed towards the pass. Combined, I've ran the ball only 29% of the time over the past 4 games. The 10 games prior to that was 41% of the time. The settings are there to run more, just hasn't worked out that way. Need to scrap all my tactics settings or something and just start from scratch. I've gotta be missing something somewhere.

Good win No Name. Pretty big offensive switch you had there. Thought you might do something like that, but not nearly as extreme. I almost put another defensive play in, and now I wish I had. I don't even know if it would've changed anything, but since I didn't include it, I won't know.

Really curious about your QB build though, he was doing something I've been wondering how to get my guy to do.

Wait...oh no, I scouted that game, but I scouted it along with Salty and HKD. Just not that game individually. Didn't realize how different that offense was from the others. Well that's a mistake on my part. Womp womp.

Yeah, there are some pre-snap blocking assignments that are infuriating, would be awesome to know if enough awareness could change it, but haven't see that yet.

There are a lot of Man plays that are broken as well with odd player matchups. Some have the only guy covering WR2 or the TE or something lined up 10 yards (or in one case 40 yards) away. Insta-win for the offense. It's identifying which defensive plays are broken against which formations and then avoiding them.

We're only in Sophomore. You have to expect that we have fewer opportunities for Knocked Loose.
