Only to face undefeated Eugene, lol.

Too many defensive players needed to challenge Eugene unfortunately... Good to see them squeeze in though!

Nashville made the game against Eugene interesting with a tied ball game going in to the half. Bottom fell out in the second half with multiple turnovers and that damn Cover 4 zone defensive play getting regularly abused on 3rd downs. More defenders are needed to make a legit run.

Yeah that’s normally how it goes for Lou against them as well. Either keep it close in the first half and let it get away in the second. Some games we just hit a death spiral right from the start against them as well. Hard team to keep down and double so when your team loves cover 4 spam on third down lmao.

Louisville made it to their 4th finals in a row -- a record!! and it is their 6th in 8 seasons!

But can they win their first trophy?

They squared off with Eugene the last 2. Now after licking their wounds are they ready to finally dethrone the champs?

Am I hearing the Rocky theme song?

Meanwhile in the other corner. . . are the defending champs, straight off another undefeated season, feeling complacent?

Eugene has made it to 7 out of the last 9 finals and won the last 6 of those contests.

Are they so smug that they are already fitting themselves for a league record 7th ring?

Do they listen to Queen too much?

If they listen to Queen at all it’s to much lmao

Lou made basically no changes so will be surprised if they can pull it off. Although they do seem to call plays besides cover 4 on third down more this year so who knows lol. Would take a hot start and good game but fingers are crossed. I mean nobody wants to be the Buffalo Bills of senior league lmao

I concur

But will another Louisville team Bite the Dust or will they sing possibly the worst song ever (We are the .... -- I can't even finish the title)?

Sask got past Louis in a close one. Louis's great DLine was uncharacteristically quiet.

RevCakes were way up, but no one told OT Meatloaf Roaf.

GE Droid had his best game, but they lost.

Nash takes down Louis. Does it signal that Nash is ready to become elite? The Sask v Louis game looms large and likely determines the Div winner. They have developed a nice rivalry. Hell even Nash is on the heels of Eug. The loser of their game might not make the playoffs. Hartford can coast until the playoffs, but will they get out of round 1?

WRs do damage once again. Souza continues to be a great force. Space Cowboy broke the record for yards (only if it were 1 week ago - the 3rd time this season). Actually over the last 16 games or so (going back to the last half of S28) the record has switched from Machado, to Lobbin' to Lofton, to Souza to Downtown TB. Space C's total of 218 is 2nd all time.

Saul Gud narrowed the gap to be just a few yards shy of Dung Attack. btw he has one of my favorite names -- nice one DV8.

Is DE Girl at a Party the front runner for the Mean Joe Greene award now that DE James Falkland has come down to earth?
