Gg I avtually watched it I think I threw in one of my random playbooks and tactics... My playbooks don't score points and I had given up scoring any. Defense is all I care about lol

Might be able to get you a DC gig if youd like. I think I pretty well suck at it and have now even stopped dumping time into trying lol

You only get better by continuing to try. If you have access to GLBScout, look at how Rob. game plans on D for similar opponents (style wise and tier).
He's the best DC in the game, IMHO.

HAHA finally loses and we get rewarded with a good amount of top 10 matchups this week.
#1 HAHA vs. #6 No Name
HAHA loses a tough one to Salty and suddenly isn't as invincible as they once seemed. They have a difficult game in No Name and then a rematch against Salty on Saturday. If they fall here there's a decent chance they drop from the top spot and won't get it back unless PORN loses. That being said I think HAHA wins a close game against No Name 20-17.
#2 PORN vs. #12 South End Vipers
PORN recently pulled off a come from behind victory against No Name which is something they really aren't accustomed to. They struggled to get in the endzone consistently and it almost came back to bite them but I expect that to be corrected some in this game. PORN wins 28-7.
#3 Salty Runback vs. #5 Ashland Dockers
Salty pulled off the upset of the season (though Salty is a very good team so it wasn't that big of an upset) and now has another tough draw this week. Ashland has righted the ship some recently and I'm going to expect them to just spam TE drive and TE post over and over again and hope it's enough to win. I think it will be in this case. Ashland 28-23.
#4 Bloody Slaughterhouse vs. #8 Mannheim Steamroller
Bloody has been rolling along lately and they pull Mannheim. For a bunch of non-boosters Mannheim is pretty impressive. Unfortunately here I think they'll have a difficult time containing Bloody's offense. Bloody 35-7.
#7 San Diego Sperm Whales vs. #10 ASU
SD has been on a bit of a free fall lately and they pull an ASU team that recently lost as well. Should be interesting to see who can get back on track here. I think SD has the higher probability of winning due to being less predictable on offense than ASU.
#10 Fire Breathing Sharks vs. #20 Omaha BEEF
Sharks have lurked in the top 10 all season but the only reason they haven't shown progress toward the top 5 is because the Marvin Multi's are the worst game planners against all run teams in the history of GLB. Honestly, who runs 5-2 cat blitz every play against EVERY all run team this season. You'd have to be a fool to lose to the sharks if they keep running that gameplan for the rest of the season. Unless Marvin gets his head out of his ass here Sharks are dropping from the top 10. Omaha wins 35-17.

Yeah I don't buy scout. I do watch what other teams do(Or did). Game has soured on me a bit lately as I have come to realize how big a money suck it is. Pretty big reason I don't want to pay even more for scout, hence why id rather leave that side of the ball alone. Might be done coaching at all after this year

I am going to continue trying, but having to pay for a scout tool is a pretty big turn off for me too, personally.....guess i will just have to live with the fact that i will never be a better than average DC unless i'm prepared to pay an extra premium

You can always try Thunderoo's scouting script. More archaic and slightly less user friendly but it's free.

I got WRRRREEEEEEECCCKKKEEEDDD.
This went beyond RNG blame, I had total roster failure vs his. Across every position his guys continually put me on the wrong end of a highlight reel.
Total offensive yards:
1st quarter - 37
2nd quarter - 21
3rd quarter - 74
4th quarter - 135
It's weird. My offense was getting wrecked, but then climbed out of it and near the end of the game had morale in the 75-85 range. I don't think we were ever in a big morale hole, but for that particular game a morale of 50 wasn't enough to win rolls. You'd think my O-line would perform worse after quickly letting up 6 sacks and some bad run blocking, but Salty's D-line wasn't nearly as effective in the 2nd half. Not sure why my O-line rebounded and their D-line started suffering.
Anyways, his team's simply built better right now.
Wish the playcalling RNG would have called a few more runs, too small of a sample size (or zero sample size) to help me gameplan in the future.

It's definitely a huge money suck. It helps if you make this your main hobby, so the spending is justified.

Not terribly difficult. Thunderoo gives a brief step by step somewhere in that thread.
