hmm, this is an interesting thread. im the GM of the Viridian Vanguards, the 4-0 Viridian Vanguards. were looking forward to competing deep into the playoffs as i continue to add new talent to the team. oh before i go, thanks for ranking us so low in the pre-season poll, it really got our guys motivated.

The 4-0 Dearborn Bullitt were ranked way behind you in the preseason polls. We were the last team in the "other votes". Picked up a new DC and I expect things to only get better from here.

Certainly not out of the woods yet but we may be able to pick up another couple of wins to avoid relegation. I'd address qualifying for the postseason as well but that always starts our coach ranting "Playoffs? PLAYOFFS???" so we'll leave it at that for now.

The ones that felt like participating. Before the season started we were all sent a PM asking us to give our top 5 teams. I waited until a day before the start of the season so I could get a good idea of what the teams would look like. The supply/demand problem with getting players meant that a lot of teams still had a majority of CPU players.

I didn't vote for my own team and somehow we ended up not even making the "others receiving votes" portion of the poll. None of it matters though. The only list that counts is the one on the final day of the regular season.

I'd say the only one that matters is the one at the end of the postseason.

We failed on the offensive side once again but I am glad how well we performed against a much stronger offense. Maybe we will see you again. Good game!

Nice game Viridian. You had the yards, but we had the points. It was a close and very competitive game. It's nice to finally have upset one of these "zero loss" teams!

It was a great game! Our defense was terrible that game...Hopefully we will see you guys again!
