I game planned for these two scrimmages...is there something wrong with that?

and gott said that it was different cause he didn't gameplan for preseason games, so then that means that he does game plan for scrimmages

And the fact that Gott did not even gameplan for baltimore's pass happy scheme, truly shows how ineffective there pass game is now. I dont know if they lost players or whats going on ? Maybe USA A 2 was like a frog in slow boiling water last season and failed to plan for the obvious against Baltimore's offense ?
