About freaking time...I hated that teams could do that just to free up space for more S*s.

Case in point. This is ridiculous that you can put 11 (9 tier 1 and 2) S*s on a team.

BSB is sitting on 14 S* players. I think we will keep them too. Will make a move next season likely so I can bump one of the S* WRs up to a medium contract.

The game mechanics allowed that, so i was using, as a lot of teams, a change like that should be announced several seasons earlier, cause when you create a player/team you plan for several seasons, wasting flex, S* slots, boosts, etc.

But i consider multis more prejudicial then using rookies in vet for cap space.

Yeah it just eliminated the cap holding spots of rookies at vet. So people mad are those abusing the rules

There were no rules for that. That is kinda the point. But now teams are pretty much stuck without the ability to do anything about it except forfeit a teams worth of chemistry and quit.

Right and I did it like everyone else, I just think it needed to happen so I'm not mad

The s* will just have to be more spread out, it's a good change imo

im not so much mad about the change itself, just that you are pretty much stuck to a roster inherited by old rules. Like spastic said, give us the ability to go over the max during the offseason so we can fix our rosters and hold us accountable come day 1.

Yeah exactly. I'm fine with making a change like that, but you need to phase it in or something. I think it's cute how the changlog wording said "next season" when really they mean right ****ing now.

If I'd realized how this would work, I could've at least thrown High contracts on a couple S* last night and been -6M or something today.

Also I completely wasted a S* point yesterday because of this change. I'd ask to get it refunded, but this is probably my last season anyway.

I don't see anyone mad with the change itself, just with the fact that they implemented immediatly, not to mention that the other changes were minimal.

This affect a low of players and owners, some people will get kicked out of teams, some S*s will have to find a new team, and thats pretty hard, some teams are stuck, i'm glad i had 37 players...

So what can resolve this from the Devs end? A full chem reset on Day 1? Is that what we want?
