But in the play AirMcMVP linked...what the hell's going on? That's just a broken sim, there is no contain there, nobody is playing force. If nobodies playing force, then there's no gap responsibility, so they should all crash towards the ball carrier. Where the LOLB could have made a play.
How I think the play should be changed for the sim is the SS mirrors the TE laterally as he TE goes out to block, A) that's his responsibility in coverage anyways, and B) from there he's the widest player so loops around the TE to play force.
