giant fail in the first thread saying they are "free".... you can't even SP boost, career boost, AP boost for free

another money grab... ugh. A giant waste of time...

tournaments would have given GLB2 a much-needed adrenaline shot. Instead, they go the route of sucking as much money as possible out of GLB2.

Why would you even boost him? He's on a cpu team...

I am assuming that the flex cost on boosting pickup players was merely an oversight. I would not imagine that enough people would boost them for there to be a market there. I also believe it was added to give all of us something else to do while waiting for other games to sim for our regular DOTs that have fixed schedules and thus keep us around the site more and thus potentially adding to flex purchases. This is not going to effect those of us with many players but instead may cause agents with only a hand full of players to experience more of the game or keep them engaged long enough to gain the desire to create more players. Just my assumption anyway and this could all be completely wrong.

Agree. If the flex cost for boosting goes free, this is a real win.

Really going to need to add a stats page for the pickups.

this could be:

- tab on the see all stats page
- summary at bottom of player page game log that shows totals
- really would be best if that were divided by tier somehow (rookie stats / soph stats / etc)

I watched some. I believe the playbooks are the same for both teams.

be more fun and interesting if it varied...or it even pulled random existing agent playbooks.

Yeah unfortunately the CPU playbook has got some plays that auto bust, like FB screen, FB Sweep, FB anything really.

Also doesn't help that the QB's all seem to waltz into sacks since they're not set at "Almost Never Scramble" frequency.

I can't believe I actually have to explain this

to see what the end build would look like, so you can build a real player to the same stats eventually if the pickup player was a success.

Ok... So go ahead and boost a player who will never be on a team so you can look at his full cap potential. I'm jUst doing it for the free s*points
