the accuracy penalty can't be that much when your in the 90s. I bet if Saul went away from OTR on a respec, there wouldn't be much of a difference in accuracy of throws on the run since his accuracy is already like 99/100.

You're making some assumptions here. The accuracy penalty could be percentage based and having higher accuracy would warrant the need for OTR even more. For all we know, it could be a 30-50% penalty to accuracy that you're recovering with OTR.

If that was the case, Candices comp% wouldn't be any more than 50ish max, especially against high blitzing teams

50% is mediocre, maybe with OTR/pocket awa candice would be closer to 60% vs a blitzing team (not sure what a "high" blitzing team is? bunch of stoners running at the qb? prob why candace still throws for 50% with no pocket awa lol - they just give up halfway to the QB and go get a hot pocket instead)
