First, I dont think Lilly got the record with DAG spam as that lead to a good spread between the players unlike Over will mike blitz and stuff...second, there are only 2 players on pace so far, so what makes you think that? One of the 2 got half of his sacks in one game. Its 5 games in, lets talk after 15 again

the one that got that half, was playing a different defence the first two games, i'm sure he would be on 10 more if it was the other defense

Think there is 3 technically 'on course' one in rookie, one in sophomore, one in Vet. While a few close to it.

we will surely see at the end of the season. but as I said with my post as well: we cant only see individual player stats (as nower days we let only one LB blitz the whole time on one position). to see if blitzing in general got stronger we need to look at total sack numbers of teams...looking at Bronx/Cobras rookie season and this rookie seasons top pass teams I dont see a big change tbh

Sacks are in, in our two tiers. Like i said before. They are in because there are alot of poorly built, pass heavy teams. Its easy pickings in that situation.


Last season in Rookie my team had a shit ton of sacks. It continues this season as well.

rookie and sophomore blitzers have the luxury of having seen what Unguided Missle did in veteran last season, so there's going to be more blitzers in those tiers that were freshly built to do precisely what he did or even iterate upon that build to some sort of an improvement.

Even in Veteran it's scaled up with a few guys outplaying Unguided so far.

I feel like sacks were crazier at earlier levels before scout tool and rattled mechanic came around.

Yeah it used to be so bad to where 90% of the teams in rookie just ran GL Rollout, went all run, , or ran a two QB system so they wouldn't get morale spiraled into oblivion. Remember those days?

You mean when all the Top Rookie teams just spammed MO-ZEB more than the second tier teams?
