It appears that you have not started your own thread in Teams Looking For Players. Make a post, tell in semi'ish detail how you will run the O and D, display what specific style builds you are looking for, list what is and isn't taken. If you needs a coordinator/s, put that in the thread too.

Agents don't necessarily trust new owners who send contracts out with no PM, thread, communication, etc. You need to be on both the Team and Player forums if you are serious about putting together a full team. And there are a TON of good builds still available or agents just looking for an owner who posts a competent thread, then they will make you some bots.
