i was in his position. season one, grizzly. the most manmode league this or any other game has seen. i was behind sunday funday and fifty other teams with four games to go, three against teams ahead of me, needing to win all four just to get a wildcard spot. i was as high as the number three team on the ladder and still on the outside of the playoffs.

did i bitch on the forums? no. because im not a bitch. i made some lulzy remarks and then won all four games by a combined score of 85-3, including a shutout of sf. then i won the ship.

so, congratulations, you've managed to be as wrong as possible.

And considering that most people think of the playoff games as the most important games played, it would be weird to have those not affect a rating system of which teams were the best.

To address this one...participating in games that affect ELO isn't optional here. Teams can't sit on their rank.

As for the importance of playoff games, yeah, they're important. You don't get XP for playing in one. I guess I thought l adder rank was the same.

But it is quite funny all you have to say is get better and you see nothing wrong with it. Not to mention, I'm sure you were happy as hell when you got out from behind Sunday Funday. You have to admit he's in a position NOBODY wants to be in.

lol I missed the playoffs with DADDY this season behind Lost Lounge and DD 2.0. I was in the same division as Asheme last season and won it. And I just barely edged out a wild card this season with OG. I don't look at it as being "stuck", I look at it as fun. Pretty irrelevant to feel slighted because you couldn't beat 2 teams ahead of you to get into a 4 team playoff.
