Chiefs just dropped two spots in the preseason rankings.
This tournament is somewhat partial against the independent teams who have large turnover and haven't coordinated VAs yet, but I guess that's my fault for signing up 
Noles are just about rostered. May not scrim until the preseason, but I will get all of the games simmed in 2 or 3 days after that.

Chiefs are pretty much independent. we replaced about 19-20 dots. Start sooner

Yep that's the general idea, it is stressful and takes a lot of work but in many aspects I feel the market is better. For the record I'm not complaining about the mass of recruiting I do every offseason because I know I'm asking for it waiting so late (maybe a little, 70 dots in the last 7 days), I'm merely noting the state of our teams in the offseason compared to those like Bier, Diablo, Muscle etc. who are built from the ground up with little to no turnover. VA resets are very important, and almost invariably the new dots are not synced to my scheme. Cant do those until preseason.

This is still stupid by the way. They recognized the usefulness of reg EQ resets and those start on day 41. I really don't see a reason for VA resets to not be offered until day -8 after season rollover.
