They haven't really been going up for years.

Short of some kind of ingenious viral marketing like the original referral links, not much is going to change that. Adding a couple new plays and making teams gain slightly more chemistry every season isn't going to help.

Overall numbers are going up since GLB2, so calling it a failure or a mistake seems a bit off.

Personally I'm hoping new users avoid this forum like the plague.

Ya small changes aren't going to shed light on this game. I made that point earlier itt already. Any realistic save to this game would be an entirely new game changing concept. Which I assume was already the purpose behind glb2. Except that still leaves the want for more on the hardcore side.

Yeah, I'd guess none of that is going to make much of a difference regards new users signing up either.

this is the problem. its a microcosm of the entire failing structure. not enough is done to constantly keep customers entertained whether it be from poor customer service, lack of continued game development etc. When admin/owners of the company have such a cavalier attitude towards seemingly making the game successful, it just provides further example of the downhill slide.

There are so many things that could have been added to the game that could provide some additional excitement (which have been discussed ad nauseum) , instead all time was diverted to creating the same genre game with just as many if not more flaws and forcing users to essentially pick between the two.

I haven't bought flex in a couple years , and dont plan to buy anymore. My only concern now is whether or not the game will still be around in time for me to use up my remaining amounts.

Declining number of Rookie dots = not a problem

People daring to point out the declining number of Rookie dots = problem

Got it. Thanks, Corndog!

I'm not sure which support tickets you're referring to... I fielded your last three tickets. In #1 I asked for more information and you never replied. I answered #2. #3 was a duplicate request of something we covered in #2 (we don't typically reply to duplicate messages when the issue's been addressed in a previous ticket).
If there's been a mistake, or if there's an issue that you feel needs to be resolved here, please let me know.

Has Bort ever thought of Private Investors? I know it sounds like he has to give up the company, but in reality he doesnt he can still be the main cog in the wheel. Private Investors could give this game a good shot in the arm because they know how to make a company grow or they wouldnt be investors. I know some people who maybe interested in either being investors in this game or buying the game out right. Tried to contact the administrators in the game, but know one will answer their email that were sent to them.

Well...there's 2 concepts here. Generating revenue and protecting revenue.

I don't know WG's numbers but I would be more concerned with the protecting revenue part (small features, bug fixes, etc.) if I felt like generating new revenue from a new game via marketing was not a smashing success.
