Sim Stuff
- Sim will treat blocking skill values as a rebalanced lower level based on amount of extra SP currently in player build, in order to account for recent blocking SP value changes and differences between existing players and new. Effect will be scaled each season in order to "ease" into it as players retire and are replaced.

Play Diversity Bonus
To help encourage more diverse play calling on offense, we are adding a play diversity bonus. The more varied plays you run in a game, the larger the bonus grows.

- Updated player AI on outside coverage guys to play contain better (don't let the play get outside them) when reading outside run, instead of blitzing at the play instantly
- For open field blocking interactions only: Increased chance of breaking blocks by a small amount, and slightly increased swim distance when winning break block rolls
- Man and underneath zone pass defenders are now more willing to play a smaller cushion or even underneath based on the amount of nearby over the top help (improves bracketing when double teams happen)
- ELO K value bumped up a bit again

- ELO has been reset to an average value for each tier, across all tiers. All teams are now at the same footing again and will battle it out to win the ladder!

- Off tackle plays can now be used on either inside or outside running playbook sections (and very short section)
- Fixed existing "smother" defense plays to actually double cover TE or WR as specified
- DEs on the DE contain defenses will now sidestep slide out into containment instead of smashing into the line
- Added dynasty rankings: a separate historical ELO that doesn't get reset between seasons. Select between the two on rankings page.

- Adjusted path variables to allow ball carrier more freedom to use normal pathfinding and turn upfield early on pitch plays, instead of being drawn to the sideline most of the play

- Fixed dime smother plays to properly cover WR3 against trips or any other possible odd scenarios
- Adjusted recent outside running update to make turn upfield more of a smooth curve instead of sudden on/off, the rate of which depends on carrying style (power turns sooner, elusive later)
- Fixed bug with recent outside running update where avoid radius for blocked defenders was too small
- Moved max sideline target point inwards a couple feet to help elusive style runners stay in bounds a bit better
