Gerr didn't do crap to help anyone but his ego. Gold is so freaking weak with the exception of 10 teams that he could of easily put in a sub par defense and still win a few game.s Playoffs start and he locks the doors and pulls out the real stuff. He wasn't teaching anyone anything. He was simply giving a reason to allow AZ to stay in the league while he plays Chicago off as his main team. Yet which team did he make all the players for? Gerr is a lying chump who fooled a few of you but ManOgwar saw right through him as did I. He pull the same BS next season as he throws down more real life problems. Though I had to remove him as a GM due to our upcoming game, why don't you ask jkid about what I was doing in the AZ forums and see if he thinks that I wasn't trying to help anyone.
As I explained before, the only reason AZ stayed in Gold was that I wanted to move the Bears back to the West, and needed AZ to do that, but the admins would only do that AFTER the teams had expired, so I had to renew AZ for one more season to do that. Once I knew AZ would stay another year, I had to figure out something to do with them, so thought of turning them into a teaching team, so I did that rather than have a 2nd competitive team.
Even with a scaled down offense & defense, I knew my system would be good enough to get AZ into the playoffs. I figured they would get in as a 6-8 seed with around a 10-6 record, but they actually got in as a 4th seed with a 13-3 record, which is weird because that is better than some previous seasons where I was trying with them.
As for pulling out the good stuff for the playoffs, the Bears team had the better stuff all season, but didn't do as well, so not sure about that. However, to directly answer your question, the defense will be identical and the only difference on offense is that I narrowed the number of plays down to those that work best. I highly doubt I will beat FGC tomorrow as I put in maybe 1 hour total in game prep for it, compared to probably around 8 for last season's championship game.
And lastly, about my BS kid with a BS condition as you mentioned in a different thread, I'll scan and post in the hospital report so you can feel like the a-hole that you truly have become.

I don't care to see that. I am an A-hole as you say. I just think you should keep some things out of an internet game. I don't like your two teams scrimmaging each other. You can set up what you like on either side of the ball, be it offense or defense. It's a clear cut advantage. You can scrimmage any team in pee wee and I wouldn't have a problem with it, however when you control both teams I do have a problem with it and I will openly complain. You played yourself twice tonight. I don't have two teams to control both sides with nor do I care enough to do so.
I don't care if you have 3 teams in gold. What I care about it is you being able to practice with them in the playoffs. You could keep AZ in gold for all eternity as long as you use the two teams to play other teams and not each other. Thats my problem with you and the fact support won't give me my trophy's back on SBWL. I think I am more unhappy with them though.

you never explained why it was so important to move the Bears back to the West, and why did you move them over there in the first place? ...it's still a 2nd competitive team if it is making it to the playoffs!

Since it is not against the rules to have two teams in Gold what do you all prefer?
1. Two competitive teams in gold
2. One competitive team in gold and the other one CPU
I personally really don't care they still have to win the games. If they fill their roster with CPU players the following season the will be destroying middle talented teams in Silver and running future peewee owners from peewees. I don't really think it is fair to make them give their team up completely. I have had a hell of a time keeping two of my teams from making gold. With just five Silver leagues not making it to Gold is a bit difficult. You don't even have to win the CC in Silver to make it. I'm hoping not to jump straight from Copper to gold next season.

...well that is a choice that you can either make or not ...I guess considering everything aside from in principle, my issues with it are running 2 teams to have even more of an advantage over PWG, especially if those owners already own a very strong team in PWG! ...it just keeps the average teams in PWG average, and that isn't very encouraging for aspiring peewee team owners and obviously, it is not helping to promote peewee! ...gerr doesn't need to teach peewee owners how to make it to PWG ...there are many build guides already out there which are easy to find and making up basic AIs and adding to that is not so difficult ...if gerr wants to help PWG, then he should be 'paving the way' to make it easier for these owners to get there and stay there, so they can learn from PWG and evolve ...PWG team owners that are forced into relegation, may decide to give up on peewee completely!

IMO, paying for 2 teams in PW(both in PWG if you are good enough) is no different than paying to to boost a team, both give you a tactical advantage over others who don't.
