Subject: So... why is a Regional Pro Competitive team promoting straight up to World Leauge?

Message:

http://goallineblitz.com/game/team.pl?team_id=444

Just wondering. And so is the rest of WL.

http://goallineblitz.com/game/forum_thread.pl?thread_id=4987112

Sure looks an awful lot like someone in Support helped them basically do an entire roster-swap minus the massive Chemistry hit.

There's no way you can defend this move, no matter if the new team sucks or not. It's an insult to every pro team and it's pretty obvious the only reason they didn't just move the roster over was to avoid the chem hit. I don't know what bullshit excuse they gave to support to make it happen, but we NEVER had a gutting team decide who takes their WL place, why on earth would we now?

Hmmmmmmmm make pro harder to get into but you can leapfrog to WL if you rub the right leg.

The only fair thing to do is send them back down and promote DONG back up.

Just want to make sure the whole thing gets laid out nice and simply in one post:

1.) Black STEEL Sunami ( http://goallineblitz.com/game/team.pl?team_id=269 ) wins silver in Africa Pro.

2.) Black STEEL Sunami promotes up to World League.

3.) Black STEEL Sunami guts their roster.

4.) Black STEEL Sunami convinces someone in Support to move them down to Regional Pro Competitive #6, and to fill the empty World League spot with the Black Sea Surge ( http://goallineblitz.com/game/team.pl?team_id=444 ), a team from the same network that just won gold in Regional Pro Competitive #3.

END RESULT: Black Steel basically gets to swap out their entire roster for their World League team without the crippling Chemistry hit that would've resulted had they simply cut all of the dots from the Surge and signed them to the Sunami. Also, a Regional Pro Competitive team gets to jump straight up to World League ahead of more-deserving National Pro or demoting-World League teams.

Do I have everything right?

You missed where the Surge is missing a region logo on the WL League Home page which clearly means they are the first Moon League rep

Explanations are in order GLB.

prolly for the same reason we can't bring dots out of retirement.

Eh, it's Saturday morning, 6:56am Oregon time. Pretty sure he's asleep.

Sure will be interesting to see how he responds to this whenever he finally logs on for the day, though.
