Not these crazy player build discrepancies like it was before.

I think you just answered why its boring now. All the extra SP's just kinda made builds pretty meh and all the changes that had to be made to the game because of the extra SP's made the game itself meh.

top onto that all the WL incest and its just like logging in and going through the motions now in order to burn through my flex.

Well, it's probably more the fact that we're 4 years into essentially the same game. Even if you want to consider WL s12 (?) the beginning of modern GLB it has still been almost 20 seasons of the same stuff. The build discrepancies aren't all because of more sp/ceq but build knowledge is more widely known. I can't tell if it's more widely available or it's just because there are more networks and people coordinating multiple teams. Still seems almost impossible for a new user to start a team and be remotely successful in his first or even second team go around (unless you're cernet)

I do wish bort started an ad campaign a bit earlier. Would love a bunch of new users in here.

I just feel like so much more would go into games before. Like I would spend an hour figuring out what formation sets Taut was gonna send Flying Pig at me. Now I pretty much could care less. Maybe that is why I am 1-3.../shrug....back then I might have actually been mad about that.

Indy?

You realize when i am talking about Indy, I'm talking about the entire time they were in WL, not just the 4 or 5 seasons that Bug and I joined in EAG and SOA with them?

Indy's been in the WL for a very long time.

And that's all I am really saying, to be fair. I'm not taking anything away from Snakes or Asau. I've known snakes for a long time in this game, and I'm glad he won it finally. I'm genuinely glad that an OPL team broke through finally.

But to say they are the best team out of OPL isn't really accurate considering width and breadth of OPLs flagship franchises. Those two teams represented OPL for a long ass time at the top.

When Asau stays in WL for another 5 seasons, which I am sure they will, then we can talk about what an amazing team it is, and crown them kings of dotball.

This is how I have felt the past few seasons. It got repetitive 4-6 seasons ago, and now is just the same shit over and over.

yes, but if there were less plays it would be boring instead of tedious

sorry, yes i meant formations. on the surface i think i'd be ok with expanded playbook of plays with a smaller set of formations.
