It wasn't just that he knew these things. It was that he had an entire team built for it based on what he wanted. Trying to pressure people into going those directions with their builds was like pulling teeth.

2 Blaze/East St Louis/Odessa - These teams have multiple titles and won when everyone knew what was going on
3 Valhalla - Very dominant, but teams didn't know what they knew
4 Hali - The initial 2 time champs were really good when WL started but faded. cares may have been why but i am guessing valhalla and then others passing them by is why
5 All others with 1 Title. Get 1 more and you go with group 2. It's much harder to win now.

i get a kick out of people saying 'it's much harder to win now' yet 3 teams shared the first 8 titles. sounds like it was p damn hard back then or others would have done it too. :|

odessa or esl above valhalla or halifax is pants on head.

another thing he did was save all his bonus tokens until he reached WL, so he was able to buy his aeq to fit the current sim he was playing in, unlike others who bought their aeq a half dotcade before they got to WL.

Then come back and win now if it's so easy ( or just say you have 0 cares or 0 time or you don't like the sim. those are the normal excuses or do you have a new one?)

Yep, that was huge. Only way someone could have had a bigger AEQ advantage was if they saw the AEQ swap coming (which was after Valhalla's time I think) and stocked up on crappy shopped-for SA pieces to later trade in for awesome +% pieces super cheap (and/or sell them for extra BTs). I had a few dots that benefitted tremendously from that swap but many of them only got a little benefit out of it.

Halifax's were pretty damn legit. Having to go through that team comprised of lincoln/wolfpack/ofg was pretty sick in that second run.

Was providence even in the wl during valhallas reign?

Season 14 looking through the scores. Lincolns team really wasn't nearly the team of valhalla or blaze and only 4 games all season were possibly winnable for the opposing team outside that championship against valhalla.

He didn't say it was easy now, but to make it seem like halifax had an easier time doing it seems a bit silly as well.

Coming from a guy that coordinated lincoln for their entire wl career, I can honestly say it was never easy to win a wl title.

Counterpoint: bhall was able to win in the late wl era but not the early wl era.
