this is the team that should have stayed up. Not only a better record in a deeper conference but also destroyed BSS in a game

It has always been the #9 team in the conference of the gutting playoff team and if they pass, it goes to the #9 team in the other conference, then #10 in the gutting conference and so on from what i remember
