Wow, 12-4 Western Conference over Eastern Conference. With the level difference heavily in their favor, I thought they would have the advantage.

There doesn't seem to be any rhyme nor reason to that. Chesapeake is in 11th place, and CLEARLY we are 9th.

Top to bottom, it really isn't in their favor. There are a couple of outliers (i.e., ARIZONA, San Jose), but most of the rest of the Eastern teams are younger and giving up 2-3 levels on average. You wouldn't judge the Western Conference by Mandalay, right?
