Doubt Catch included decline. Just too much work when it's handled manually.

I demand a re sim this is crap OMG!!!!!!

obviously catch only felt safe doing this after malik retired. otherwise the sim would have broke the test server.

If I understand correctly how it worked, he just copied the player straight over from the real to the test server. I'd suspect all bonuses/declines would be included. Could be wrong.
