My bad, I assumed that's who you were referring to as I forgot that I made the FS in that offseason period.

That being said your a GM and if you really want to criticize me I don't see how as you're GMing a team that's 0-6.

Do you want any build tips while we're at it.

i dont do anything for that team, i created some low level players to stick on a random team and after they saw i have been playing a while they offered a gm spot to me so i accepted it, i dont even post on there forums, do tactics or anything

just everyonce and a while the owner asks me a question about something

also that team was created with all lvl 4 players so that the team would be a lot better in the long run

Not really. It's no different than people stacking teams in the new leagues that come out when that's supposedly not supposed to happen. Even if it was brand new players you still knew the builds pretty much at that point and that gave you guys an inherent advantage.

The experienced have an advantage, yes. Does it make that advantage "cheap". No.

Cybershot has a point there, mods don't know much more then many people, I can tell you that Mods know how to build good players but many agents do...making good builds is not hard and they aren't cheating the system. Anyways do you seriously think Cybershot knows how to build players? Come on man!


I meant they had been around longer and therefore had somewhat of an idea of builds as opposed to newer players. I know the mods don't get build info from the creators or anything like that.

Just more experience by being around longer so they have a slight advantage on what would work and what doesn't work(what's more important, what you don't need as much of) compared to newer guys.

The Creators don't know how to build players, Bort's players have decent builds at best. There are mods that have been here longer then me and I knew some build info that they didn't.(I told them)

You completely missed my point. I said there advantage was in them having played longer as opposed to getting some kind of "inside" information.

That was all I meant. I used them as an example, not as the end all standard of greatness.

He GMs 2 teams and the other is like 5-1...



Which is USA pro which was already established since his highest guy is a level 20.

It's harder to recruit outside of USA pro and the other team he GM's on isn't "recruiting" well enough apparentley

Is it wrong that I have a seson 1 player or two on my Season 3 Oceania AA roster?

Or am I just a good recruiter...?

actually when i joined DLJ it was having some problems like an inactive owner and huge holes in the roster, i helped fix the team and i along with ice do all the tactics anymore and we pretty much run the team right now

and its actually very hard to recruit in usa pro, when you dont offer huge contracts and your looking for backups of the same levels as other teams are looking to start

One, it's easier to recruit for USA pro because there are ton of guys that are willing to take backup spots in the top league in the game. And yes you have to pay more, but that goes with the levels.

Two, oh so you help out alot with the team that's winning. Surprise, surprise.

I'm sure that if that team goes on a massive losing streak it'll be because you stopped helping out.

The fact is you don't even sign guys in your GM posistion, although after I mention it I'm sure you'll bring up the fact that "you do".

It's pretty hard to recruit and then meet everyones desires in this game as an owner so you really don't have much room to talk until you've tried it. The expansions destroy the fair value market and make it next to impossible but you don't know too much about that.

Since you've never had to do so you really don't have much room to talk.

screw inactive players, players wanting to leave, and finances
