Edit - and I doubt "a bunch" of WL QBs have 21 SPs to spend, and will offer 1000 Flex to a team fund for advice. So it's a pretty specific thing, and not much of a chance anyone else will do it.

But why have other forums that are about player builds? Why have rules stating you need to post in the correct forum? And why have mods move these threads when incorrect?

I know I am being a dick about this but stupid that other peoples threads get moved because they broke forum rules..but a mod breaks a forum rule and nothing happen. And then mods wonder why some people think they get away with shit others don't.
