those guys are the worst.

They're the GLB equivalent of White Power groups, in that I can't think of another group of people as noisy and as powerless as they are

I like the idea of teams owning EQ, but like you I am not sure about teams owning AEQ - but, there may be something interesting in that idea as well.

I actually believe Snooki is the main reason that some Dots are better than others.

I am thinking the players own the AEQ but teams own EQ

The separation is:

- Build Efficiency
- Levels
- Good Coordination (not only in games...but VA plans and equip distribution in the preseason)
- # of Potential Weapons
- Player AEQ/VA's
