Yes, this starts with the regular season. Preseason and scrims/tourneys aren't included.
Anyone can join, no requirement to own or operate a team in the World League.
Gart, I don't LOVE the rule covering all remaining participants losing on the same week, but I think I like it better than just a tiebreaker. I'm open to discussing it, since we haven't started yet.
Awesome that this is getting a lot of interest. I think it could get really interesting after 6-10 weeks or so.

I wasn't planning on it. I like having clean threads for pick purposes, but I also like having everything be in one thread. I'm guessing the World League Mods wouldn't want me cluttering up the forum with a new thread for each week of the season. The World League forum is a pretty classy place. Not much room for useless threads.
