Bort I GM two teams in A and would be all for a shuffle, I dont speak for my owners but i will pass this on to them and sure they will be in here asap.

If the shuffle can produce parity, then I am for it. But I do want some more specifics on how it is going to be done before I agree to it. Our league, EEA6, is fairly balanced as it is. If you do the reshuffle, can you give us the psuedo code you are going to use. What is your exact formula for determining median level? How are you going to determine the groupings of teams when there isn't a perfect number, say only 20 teams of a like level? Are they going to be grouped with higher or lower level teams. Also, is there going to be any effort to keep teams of the same level, from the same league, together?
My team was full of lvl 21-24 players. I have since signed one lvl35 DE and one lvl25 WR. What does that make my level now? I want parity, but I have a feeling that the reshuffle will leave us in a worse situation than we currently have in EEA6.

So if a conference has 16 teams right now with teams who are all about the same level together, then Bort will not shuffle teams down a league, right? Because that's the one thing that will truly tick me off, the conference my team is in has 15-16 teams all close in levels so if a couple teams decide they want to go back to BBB to dominate, that's not really fair to the rest of the league. I want to make sure this is NOT what this is about.
