For what it is worth, the Mist intended to run the weakside HB Slam all game, too, but overlooked that it was not in our playbook.

You guys can thank us for our oversight and not showing them that massive hole in their defense.

fact is weither its a problem with the sim or not.. weither its realistic or not.. or weither its exploiting or not..none of this matters.. what matters is the lack of honor and dignity you display while chosing your course of action to secure a win.

the people that see whats wrong here have voiced their opinion and those that dont have as well.. comes down to opinion.. i just wouldnt be caught dead doing it either way because at the end of the day, i respect the other teams i play too much and also enjoy good old fashion sportsmanship.

Id rather take a chance at losing and play fairly, get a head nod and a smile from everyone else and prepare for the next challenge then take the absolute win on questionable terms and have everyone turn their back and walk away.

Just don't act like this was a brilliant gameplan, not that I agree with Fanzy 100%, but its not that different from the plays you ran earlier in the season. you just got a hole in our AI and exploited it 80 times.

I just hope bort fixes the problems with this. In a real football game, you find a mismatch in coverage or a hole in the defense once or twice and thats the difference in the game. No way would someone be able to run the same play 80 times and have it run successfully 80 times. I think thats what we are all trying to get at.

We all play under the same AI's and I think that everyone here is smart enough to realize that powerbacks have dominated the past few seasons. So we all know the flaws in the SIM but I'll ask this, is there a team out here who has addressed strength or tackling on their defense to be higher than the soft cap? You have the arrogant I am all knowing Hate boasting that he has 7 outputs for each formation yet in 79 out of 80 plays he runs a 3-1-7 against a single back set? Are you kidding me? An OC scouts a team and sees that going all the way back to Fresno who averaged 7+ yards per carry from single back and is bitched at for taking it to a defense that was let down by a DC's flawed plan. In real football, if a play works and an OC doesn't come back to it, he gets fired! Stop looking at it as running the same play again and again, on the rare occasion PM was in 3rd and long they passed. There isn't a play that can't be stopped in this game right now, and if you don't believe that then you just haven't done your homework. I think Lilienn pretty much nailed it, and continuing the thread is pretty pointless. You either see a problem or you don't, and it's based on opinions.
