oh no please none of that. PWNED...haha what are we playing halo now?

I came up here talking yoru shit without anything to justify why you thought your team was top shelf...now your team sits 0-1(although it was a pretty pointless scrimmage) and you still have nothing but jokes and mockery.

Im not bitching and complaining...I love the fact you guys participate in the banter...I would however love for someone to bring something to the table as far as to why your team is better than ours.

The thing is, I know of a few owners in this league that could very easily put me in my place and shut me up...they just havent done so.

This game doesnt give you the face ot face competition that real life sports do, that Is why I like to turn it up a notch on the forums...it keeps people from getting to idle in between seasons and games.

It also distracts a few people and causes them to go off course as far as gameplans go

Listen, kid. And it's pretty apparent that that's who I'm dealing with, here.

You have not once put out anything more than "we're better than you, you're all shit, nobody here's better than us and it's up to you to prove me wrong."

That's what's called a circular argument - I believe this, therefore since you can't prove otherwise, you're wrong if you argue. That's the kind of argument that is typically offered by fifth graders and religious fundamentalists. Take your pick on which camp you choose to align with.

You keep saying "come with facts." The FACT is, that until this past scrimmage, you had no FACTS to hang your argument on, either - only your opinion that you should be "recognized" for something that you hadn't done yet. You just came up from A - congrats on the three-year plan, by the way - had played no games at the level, and had no basis for your argument, and then began cussing and swearing at people and then whining when people called you on your crap.

There's a difference between trash talking and talking crap. The first in an art, the second is simply juvenile. You know which side of the line you fall on, and yet you continue to not only attempt to defend yourself, but to attempt to claim some sort of debating high-ground. The "STFU" comments are particularly cute, by the way.

Why don't you go back and take a look at some of the trash-talk threads between teams like MaWRAWK-oh!!! and Pangani and the Mountaineers and some of the others and get an idea of what "trash-talking" is. THOSE things had imagination and they were fun to read. And even more, they were never some n00b to the league coming in and making baseless claims.

And contrary to any argument you will put out, nothing beyond yesterday's scrims had any base for arguments for this season. Period. Every team changes at least a little from season to season, due to recruiting, boosting, coordinator changes, etc. Teams change. Leagues change. Running the table in A has nothing to do with your performance in AA. Common sense will tell you that.

In one of your earlier posts, you commented that "you will learn to hate me." Congrats, it was a really short curve. That's not something to be proud of, by the way - it's a character flaw when you can't engage in some kind of rivalry without resorting to personal attacks, vulgar language and insults.

Way to make an impression. You rule, and we all suck. It must be true, because you said so.

I love the fact that you continue to ignore the fact that you said numerous times "we'll probably lose this game because its a pointless scrimmage, and I could care less" no your all "Your 0-1 and can't back your shit up, bitch!". I've never said our team is better than yours. Although I know we can beat you, I don't know who the better team is, thats almost impossible to say on GLB. Most of our skill players and defensive players haven't boosted yet, and we put absolutely no game plan together against you, and lost by 5 points. You can go ahead and deflate your ego now, because I garuntee if we meet again, the result will be very different. As for the trash talking, I'm not sure why you feel like you need to keep emphasizing that you "just came here to trash talk" but that shows your immaturity. And as far as everything else goes, EricMN took the words right out of my mouth

Your absolutely right...I dont really bring much as far as WHY we are better than the teams I proclaim to be better than.
The main reasoning behind that is I havent had to pull much out other than scores.

When we start losing games(which we will) then the fun begins.
Im trying to get people up here to not complain about an entertainment issue...which is all im here for reall is entertainment.

I mean no ill will to anyone, and in fact would probably enjoy being on a team with the majority of you guys.

As for my smurf guys, can we leave them out of this...this is strictly an agent to agent issue...my players have done nothing !!!

as far as it being a character flaw...only on this game. Im actually a pretty decent person away from GLB.





I just like to turn this game into more than just some dots and percentages...thats what makes it fun to me.
I cant wait to lose to some teams and have to defend my team...I have a whole list of excuses to use for different situations.

I was surprised with the result as well, expected a much closer result. I was able to just get online tonight as I have been on vacations in the mountains since last Wednesday- I didn't even know the season had started nor who we had played! Needless to say, we had no AI set...which is why I was shocked with the outcome.

As for the forced fumbles, well...that is what Kurt Brinkley does best.

Good to see fumbling is a league wide issue. Our elusive HB fumbled twice after only fumbling twice all last season.
