HATE didn't want to own his team anymore, and wanted to bring his players into an enviroment where then can succeed, we were more than happy to help him out.

collusion refers to intentionally throwing games to benefit one team. like say you have three teams that need to get into the playoffs, 1 really good team intentionally loses to let the team they are playing into the playoffs. the other team is out now, because the really good team didn't put out their best team.

This is exactly what I was gettin' at in the other thread. I love trash talk, but this is just freakin' whining. If this move would have happened to any body else I would have hated it but only because I didn't have the chance to do it with my team. No way in hell though that I'd have come crying in the forums about how "Life's not fair!" And to say that either of these teams "failed" at recruiting is a bold statement seeing how both made it to the playoffs in their first season in the league. Would it have made any difference if Hate just decided he didn't want to own his team anymore and would rather see his players with a team he was already familiar with, because from what I gathered from him, that's exactly what happened!

Btw, if you would've read my original post in the other thread, you would've seen why I decided to do this. Have you ever even looked at the Teabagger's roster? I owned 60% of the damn team. QB,backup HB, FB, 2 WR, backup G, DE, 2 LB,FS, backup DT, 2 CB, and Kicker. I've got about 40 players and it cost me an arm and a leg to boost all of them each season. I just couldn't do it anymore. The Baggers would've folded at the end of the season anyways. dang felt the same way.

I still say you people in chicago are punks for not accepting my scrimmage challenge =)

Personally I wish you guys good luck with it. I'll miss our rivalry with the Teabaggers, but it makes total sense why you guys did what you did. I know some of us have expressed concern about the chemistry and subsequent morale effects, but only because we've suffered those pains before. If it works out for you all and keeps everyone competitive and continuing to play GLB then great!

He recruited and got players to come to his team the right way just like I did. Thats what he did. It's funny that you guys (meaning the chicago teabaggers alliance) all come running to one statement. That shows me that you guys know it is wrong as well. All of you just a little defensive maybe? Also the failed at recruiting statement was talking about this offseason. So how does you making the playoffs last season matter? I have said my peace and will let it die here.

I've honestly barely seen you post on here in the forums at all then suddenly the first thing you say is that we "cheated" and start making false accusations. All I know is that I was able to retire 5 or 6 of my higher level players because of this. That was insane flex back and now I won't need to spend any money for quite a while. That was the #1 reason I did this. I couldn't afford to boost everyone, every year and really didn't feel like going out and trying to recruit a new half of a team for this season. You guys know how hard it is to recruit. Teabaggers really only needed 3 positions filled this season and they were all backup spots. 100+ offers later, nothing. It's ridiculous that you can sent out an offer to a 31 WR where the avg level in this league is probably 37ish if not higher and offer a stupidly high contract with an active forum and blablabla only to see that same player sign with a AAA Canadian team so he can sit on the bench and collect his stupid fame.

Bottom line: The deal was done so I could retire a bunch of my own players and save money each season. I've always thought of the Thunder as a class act organization and when presented with the idea I figured why not. I have alot of respect for many of the agents/owners in this league. Had Weykool, ttd, or Greenday came up to me first and asked I would've done the same thing. The 13 people know what kind of owner I am/was. Who knows, maybe when all of my players hit that magical 10th season. I'll put in for another team. I've got alot of you on my friend's list believe it or not. Maybe we could land a USA EEE team one day lol.

You saying that I didn't do that? Looks like my Head Coach recruited about 20 level 40 + players in one shot. Pretty damn good recruiting in my book! Little bit lucky?....Sure. And I believe that the guys from the Thunder come running to pretty much every statement on the league forum because unlike yourself, they're extremely active in the forums. And as far as our team making the playoffs? It matters because our recruiting had not failed in the least! Hell, our recruiting got us to 2 playoffs in 2 different leagues in 2 seasons. Not too shabby in my book. This just really amuses me. I'm getting a kick out of these 1 or 2 owners who have done nothing but whine about this deal when they know damn good and well they would not have turned down those level of players either. If you would then I admire your passion for the A7. That's good because you're gonna be here for a while.

And I'm not defensive. Do you really think I give a rat's @ss what you think about my team?! I just get a thrill out of bashing 5 yr olds that want to cry about everything that happens!

honestly it comes down to one damn thing put up or shut up, fuck its just a game, if they need to take this step to win let them, if you are confident in your recruiting abilities then you should have no problem playing them in a game, all they really did was recruit HATEMOBSTER and take his players, it was just like recruiting but they just kept the players in the league, all people want to do these days is cry,

I'm glad day 1 is upon us so we can start looking at results on the field. Hopefully we can put this thread to bed for good.

I don't normally get this aggravated in the forums. I don't mind the trash talk. Tell me you don't give a crap what our team did, you're gonna pound our ass anyway! But, the whining and accusing my guys of cheating?! Kiss my ____!
