I agree with McGruff, don't just sit there and suffer. There are some supplements you can take for that kind of ailment. Being regular is one of my #1 priorities. You know Poop old buddy that's a sign that you're getting old. Oh and once again we are going to bust the Machine's ass this season, no mercy for the Fabulous Mr. Marino and his band of merry mechanics.
