You won't hear me bitch about what he is doing with recruiting. More power to him. I am happy to do it my way and I am sure he is happy doing it his way.

As far as the other tension here I am really trying Mike. Sorry to keep it going but I sometimes cannot hold back and I apologize to you and anyone else it bothers when I cannot hold back.

Interview with Mike.

Rachel: Hey Mike could I speak with you for a minute please?

Mike: Sure Rachel, anything for an old friend.

(Mike makes his way over to Rachel, and prepares for the interview)

Rachel: So Mike, so far the season has been a great success, how do you maintain that intensity every week?

Mike: Well Rachel, we have had a plan every day, for every season I have owned the team. I have a great staff and great players, that buy into our system and work really hard.

Rachel: Wow, Mike that's deep what exactly is this plan you speak of?

Mike: Come on, now Rachel you know better then to ask that, lol.

Rachel: Well it was worth a shot lol. So how do you think you'll finish the season?

Mike: At this point I'm not sure. We had a good game against Laval, but honestly it was just our day, if we meet them again things could turn out differently. But as for the rest of the season, I envision us making the playoff's but I don't know the seed. We still have alot of tough games ahead of us. We just take it one game at a time.

Rachel: I see, so at this point would you consider Memphis the favorite to win it all?

Mike: Oh, God no. I really don't think there is a clear favorite. There are to many good teams in both conferences to say that. The Nova Scotia Snakes, Yellowknife Rented Mules ,Hamilton Lightning ,Niagara Assassins ,S.W.O. Swamp Donkeys and Lincoln Lucky are all really tough out of the East, and don't even get me started on the West lol, thats anybodies conference at this point.

Rachel: You seem very modest for someones who's team is 7-0 and is ranked #1 in the power rankings.

Mike: Those are really just opinions . I enjoy them all the same, but I highly doubt we are #1, we are at the top with a bunch of good teams. That ranking could go to any of the top 5-6 teams in each conference honestly.

Rachel: Well Mike, I have to run and do an interview with someone more interesting you don't stir things up enough lol.

Mike: Of course I don't I'll leave that to other people. I enjoy reading your arcticles though, and I'm always open for interviews. I just basically give props where props are due .

Rachel: Don't we all know lol. Have a good one Mike and good luck this week.

Yeah that didn't really involve me so I it is easy for me to avoid that one.

As I said I wasn't trying to start crap, but you all got all offensive.

I could have brought every player I owned over here and improved my team at almost every position.

And as for the comment about me pulling players...we had defections had to fill them. And they didn't come from a Pro League. Most of my players that I own STAY with the team they are on to build upon what we have and OUR system. I could have brought my level 35 QB over if I chose to...or I could have brought my level 35 SS....but I chose not too....or my ROLB that had 30 sacks last season in AAA. But I chose not to because they are all on teams where they start and are productive.

My point to ALL OF THIS is.....I don't want to hear all this Mules Rule BS cause #1 it isn't necessarily true...and 2...even if you do...you out level everyone by bringing in atleast 15 players from AAA or higher. Our team was never gutted and most of the guys on our team 70 percent or so have been here for the last couple seasons.

I don't have a problem with you guys, just don't want to see all the damn gloating.

Mike Triplett - USA PRO from Season 1 thru Season 5....now he's playing Season 6 in Canada A that started halfway through season 3 as a capped league.

The thing I dont think YOU are getting.. is that they didnt go out and ask around the pro leagues if any players wanted to come play Canadian A league. We came to them (blood/chris) because we (being me i suppose) loved what they had done with the Fire (USA Pro). Go ahead and ask Blood... my pm to him was letting him know that my players were looking for an active team and that id enjoyed my time on the Fire so far. He said there wasnt room for them but that Chris had a team with the same core group of guys. I didnt even ask/care what level it was.. i just wanted to stay within the Fire system because I knew a) they were active and b) they knew their stuff c) they were awesome.

In summary, they didnt actively go out and search for Pro players, so your complaints are irrelevant.

Maybe you just need to work on networking/recruiting a bit more...

Trips wasn't in PRO from Season 1 thru Season 5 hell in fact he has never been in a PRO league. He helped the Fire win it's way up from USA A#6 to the PROs but left in the last offseason when Blood brought in a new RB. He is this league because I don't send players to teams where I don't know the owner. Too many dipshit owners and badly run teams out there for me to waste my time. The only other team I'm willing to send players to already has 3 RBs so I brought him here since I've known Chris for years and the Mules had lost both of their RBs from last sesaon.
