Good luck Drachir, you have always been entertaining.

Are the moves still on as you & Bonn still appear to be in AA?

They should be. I think Drachir jumped the gun in predicting when the moves would happen. The swap process is far from a formalized process. It must be a huge headache for support too trying to match up PMs from all the different teams and leagues.

Thanks donwendy. I think WOC will still be a honorary member of WE AA#1 and fulfill his duties of the power rankings. *lol* Yes, I think I jumped the gun as the requests had to be in by midnight last night/this morning depending on how you look at it. The change will happen as soon as they get to it as I am sure they are overwhelmed. Both WOC and I had put in two requests from two different teams just to make sure our requests went through.

Thanks. Dungannon is my prediction for Cinderella team this season. You will go deep in the playoffs. How deep is up to you guys. Thanks for letting me entertain you. Funny thing is that I own a team in South America Pro and Oceania Pro but you will rarely find me on those boards as you will find me here a lot because of the teams in here. This is by far one of the best groups in a league. My USA team is a totally different story as that is a slow build team.

Another one bites the dust, Eindhoven Breakers were sold back n Zeta.

And why does Armagh still have a team? The owner has been inactive since mid September and it has no even remotely active humans left on it at all.

I think the newness has worn off in this game and you are seeing a lot of people that just can't keep up with it whether it be emotionally or financially. It sucks because Bort has a good product here and I think they grew way beyond his projections as I am sure but now it is on the downslide. The true addicts like myself and WOC will always remain. *lol* I think they will soon need a GLB's Anonymous if we keep this up.

Eindhoven Breakers was the team that I was talking about that had very few humans on it when this first went down. That was what I got jumped all over for when I stated that the new teams in this league had diluted the quality of this league. Some people are just paranoid or schizophrenic and so are they!

So which teams from last season are still here in Zeta? Kind of assumed that us and the Griffs were the only new ones.

The returning WEAA1 Zeta teams would be:

Birmingham Cardinals (though likely swapped up to WEAAA any day now)
Dublin Dragoons
Dallas Browns
Brighton Bears
Stockholm Syndrome
Dungannon Crusaders
Bushy Park Badgers
Newcastle Naked Bootleggers
Paris Colonels

Alpha returning teams:
Bonn Dynamo (though likely swapping up any day)
Eurotrash Rabid Bats
Oslo Ice Robots
Massillon Grizzlies
Southampton Stags
PGL Gamers
Whitechapel Rippers
West Country Wyverns
Whitchurch Mouseketeers
Coventry Owls
Armagh Rally
Helmsdale Highlanders

Rest assured that both Bonn Dynamo and Birmingham Cardinals are moving to WE AAA#1 Alpha Conference. Looks like WE AA#1 Alpha stayed pretty much intact.

Zeta is a different story. What happened to Paris Colonels? They were pretty much non existent last season.

They're like Armagh, a team of zombies, many of them have been inactive for quite some time. They have several contracts up in the first few days on season 6 too.

Man... what a freaking mess. However, you really had to see it comming. I really believe GLB is "Over" and is clearly on the downward slide.

I don't think there is any way Bort is going to be able to keep up with all teams being sold back.

It's a very real possibility we will have contraction next season.

I highly doubt this is the beginning of the end of GLB as you will always have turn around. There are so many people addicted to this game already that supply and demand is there and for every Flames54 that is lost there will be two replacements. It just means that all teams that are sold will be bought with new owners until the newness wears off and they get bored. It is a vicious cycle. You will always have people like me that will complain about how expensive this game is but will still pony up the $200 every season to boost all players, maintain team ownership and create new players.
