40 of the current 48 FAlkrun players have been on the team since day 1 where we started an impressive 0-5. The rest were agent's other players that joined once their contracts expired.

If they take the advice given, they understand it's probably the best thing for the team, and in turn, their production. I think I have a very good handle on being an owner, and none of what was said earlier today was out of jealousy. If it is, then you have many jealous people in AA3 because I'm not the only person who feels that way, I'm just the most vocal. Throughout the ordeal today I was receiving PMs from people commending me for speaking up. Iowa, MaRAWK, and Tripoli are all examples of teams who started small and have really exploded onto the scene this season and last, and all due credit can be given to ownership and GMs...to say any of them are less talented of a recruiter or team manager because they aren't #1 right now is not fully acknowledging where they started from in season 3.

I dont really wanna circle clear back into that discussion again, we had that fun earlier today on multiple threads, and it doesn't need to be brought back up. I understand, believe me. We've had a pretty good success story in Iowa so far, and we played the closest game BBE has had despite having had to come the farthest between the top 3 or 4 teams from season 3. I'm not the best with words, and as arguments progress I may get stuck on a train of thought that leads me further from the thing I'm truly upset about, and being that I'm bad with words I have a hard time going back and fitting that main thought in. Especially when it's actually 2 or 3 people I'm debating with, as was the case today off and on during the argument.
My guys just aren't vocal on the league boards, and I'm totally ok with that. They all seem to have prety busy lives and definitely check in and post quality stuff to keep our team forum entertaining, but I wouldn't expect them to go beyond that onto here. It's for us owners and stat junkies anyways =)
