we'll see... in week 16 and the playoffs.

worry about your division. get to the playoffs and win a game.. then another.. and then 1 more before playing teh other division.

man, does no one realize that in week 16 the 2 conferences play eachother??

geez, try to start up a little conference rivalry to make week 16 a little bit fun, and everyone gets all touchy...

We stink and will be lucky to make the playoffs. Our "crappy" 8th place finish last year is proof of that. Again, in the playoffs, we were lucky to finish in 2nd place. How we beat those teams from week 16 on still amazes me. I wonder if lightening will strike twice again this year

Its all good..I think things get taken out of context sometimes on here. It's just words on a screen, no facial expressions to note sarcasm and what not.

Anyways, great writeup on the East rankings. Be interesting to see what everything boils down to as the season progresses.

And yes week 16 should be fun, playing inter-conference games are always interesting!

This post....What the fuck....I have no idea what your getting at...?

Last year West teams with winning records won every game if I recall and you did not get second, Cape Cod did and they got wtfspanked by Denton, just like everyone else.

Sorry to Rain on your parade guys but clearly the East is a weaker conference. Its great you want to be all jump for joy over week 16, but I will tell you in advance any team that has a playoff spot on lockdown will be resting starters.

I think he meant 2nd place in the East, not overall. Kinda hard to judge overall between the two conferences.

And Denton was just a monster the end of last year...I don't think any team had a chance against them. The right team won it all last year.

Anyone know how our brethren are doing at the next level btw?

Ok I do not recall the records and as far as I know I can't get them but just looking quickly only the Miami Sharks beat a winning team on the West side in Houston, who drooped three in a row if I recall.

They play in the same division as one of my other teams: Denton boosted at the beginning of the season and is currently undefeated, cape cod waited a few games to boost and are currently 2-4

Please, show me something that actually says the West is a tougher conference and we can talk... heck NY Steel heads (current #1 in East) has better average lvl starters and better average lvl backups than Omaha (currently best record in the West). (and this is the best objective you can do which sucks because average lvl of starters and backups means jack when it comes to measuring team strength)

so you're looking at season 1 results to judge who has the best conference 7 weeks into season 2? hate to say it, but teams have changed dramatically since then. (besides to your earlier point, everyone who had a playoff spot locked down was probably resting their starters)

Not knocking Denton - they put an ass whooping on everyone and are doing the same this year in AA. But that doesn't make the west the best conference last year and it certainly doesn't make them the best this year.
