Lipton makes the best sweet tea, imo. It's too classic to muck with. Just get the Lipton cold brew that they sell literally everywhere and follow the instructions.

I lived in Rhode Island (Providence) for a couple years and I never found this to be the case. Sweet tea is pretty universal, even if it's consumed in larger volumes the further south you go.

No, but I used to work at Radioshack, and I sold them. We never had them returned or have defects, they had good sound quality, and they were easy to use/intuitive
