How fast can you take a pickup player to vet?

If you are really dedicated, you can knock out a tier every 2 days. Not that difficult to do it every 3 days.

On my slow days, I am knocking out 4 games a day. On my more active days, I am around 8 games a day and that is not on all day, just popping in every hour for 30 seconds to start a new pick up game. It seems the time between games is shortening up or there is always a game going on in a few minutes when I am popping in, so if I remember to come back in a little bit, I can sign up for another pretty quickly. With three dots going, it is pretty easy to not only be knocking out tiers quickly, but if one was trying to just build up S* progress, that goes fast too. It would be really fast if I had nothing else going on and could be super dedicated.

Going by the change log its hinting towards you can http://glb2.warriorgeneral.com/game/forum/thread/5132647?page=8#49380908
I'm guessing the free pick up player slot opens up, once he turns into a normal player

Yes.

Not hard to get a 100 yard game. But kind of boring since they don't run very often.
