Not going to do the scouting for folks, but a quick look at some of their recent games show pretty much the same D calls for all of the games. Not sure if BnG put in effort, already had a good gameplan that hit their weaknesses, or are simply that much better than the other teams that they played. I think it is probably the middle option with a splash of the last one.

I used the same exact defensive plays for TG all season long.

Maybe a few minor tweaks here and there to fix exploits, but generally the exact same defense.

I'm sure most everyone is the same. I tweaked a few plays here and there, but 95% of my D was the exact same all season.

My point was simply that it does not look like LVT threw the game, since the D plays were the same.

Portland vs. BnG for gold in the GLB tourney here in less than 2 hours. Anyone got some predictions?

I'll say BnG by 17, because our roster just isn't constructed to face a team like yours, and past results speak pretty loudly. Also, because you'll probably try, and neither Zook nor I have touched our AIs since week 3.

I havent touched the Oakland AI at all this season, but then again, Im not a coordinator so ....

I agree with your prediction, altho I have no idea if their effort level is any higher than anyone else's or not.

- I wan't even close to the right prediction. This is what happens when you have a 1-agent team designed for a specific purpose trying against a team with not-ideal builds and none of them working together who isn't trying. Congrats on winning another gold, and if anyone wants a shot at keeping BnG from winning league gold, you better hope you take us down, because we can't beat those guys.

Yep, we found that out in our tourny game. Only difference is we were trying.

Looks like HoB ends up with the coveted third place trophy.
