Please, you're mistaken my friend.

You're a middle of the road team because simply put you've never won anything.

See you're wrong again. We have won something. There was no trophy involved, but we won one of the first big tournaments this season. We are also getting close to another championship game in the GLB Invitational. I do think scrims count towards how good a team is because we are testing our teams ability against a wide range of teams from every league and very few of them were cupcakes. Oh and don't try to come back with the weak argument that teams don't gameplan or prepare for scrims because they do. Everyone in the tournament we went against took it serious.

So no, I don't and never will consider our team a middle of the road team even if we never move out of A6. Our conference is just as tough as any Pro League. Have the Galaxy Aces won Pro yet? You have to open your eyes and realize that GLB talent isn't located only in USA Pro anymore. Things have changed and there are championship caliber teams in every league now whether they have won a trophy or not. It takes a lot of luck to win a conference/league championship. The Horde, for example, should have moved up to AA back in Season 2. They are a great team and nothing but bad luck from the AI screwing them has kept them here for so long.

I'm not wrong, there was AA3-BBB16 all released at the same exact time. You just chose A because it was the highest league available.

You do understand that AA is a higher league than A right murgy? I don't know if you get in a hurry and don't read what you type or if you really aren't that smart. Like I told you already, USA A was the lowest league available when I purchased our team. I don't care if BBB was available the same night or not. USA A was the lowest available league when I refreshed my browser. Is it really that important anyway?

I find it funny how Dmac and murgy come in here and try to talk trash about people and then they do a complete 180 to make themselves look like the victim. You two could run for political office.

No doubt, We will my man...... One last thing, to everyone else minus Matt and Ops, I look forward to playing all your teams. It will be a fun season.

A little smack talk never hurt anyone

We actually hope we get a shot to play your team Dmac. I don't know why you would exclude us. You say we are the ones taking this too serious, but your response proves otherwise. All I've been doing is defending our team and responding with legitimate statements. You guys are getting into personal attacks, but you can thank yourself for starting it Dmac. There was no need for what you said to start this unnecessarily long egofest, joke or not.

Hopefully we can stop all this now since it seems everyone has gotten it out of their system. If not then its probably best people take it to PMs. Nobody can be proud of what they had to say in this thread.

You won a scrimmage. That is all those Tourneys were. lol

Ops I totally understand sticking up for your team, but ya boy Matt is making me die laughing. Did I once come at anyone with a personal attack? No I said maybe he should get some Vagisil. I did call him a turd (so that I could say, I apologize for).
However, No where did I call someone a bitch boy, or a faggot right? lmao this is great I will annoy Matt "Fire me up" Firecroth for the rest of the season... Later!

So scrims mean nothing then? Didn't Galaxy Aces and Cobra Kai have a highly publicized scrim or two? When both sides take the game serious I see no reason why a scrim can't be considered just as competitive as an interleague game.

I am pretty sure those scrimmages were more "show than go" I mean I am on Cobra Kai and we had our game plan set up for the next team we were playing in the division (I am pretty sure Flames did not change anything wither lol).

Scrimmages are meaningless.

Sorry but I'm not buying that. I can understand having your players set on tactics for the next regular season game, but not your game tactics. I know both of your teams took that game serious.

Believe what you will, I am on their team. There way a thread on the team forum saying they were putting on a show for PR.... What do you think Cobra Kai was founded on? PR! Nothing special was done for either side (although I can not speak for the Ace's). I know the Kai had their tactics set up for a big league game not a scrimmage game

The reason I'm not buying it is because it takes no time at all to change game tactics. Knowing how bored people are while waiting for games to sim, I have no doubt that tactics were changed specifically for that game.

So let's say (just for fun) that you have two teams going up against each other that are pretty much evenly matched. They play their scrim in 2 hours and one of them just faced a cupcake team. Do you seriously think that team would leave their cupcake game tactics in? No way. They are going to put their best foot forward because they want to see where they stand against good competition. Teams play scrims to get information on their weaknesses.

It takes a lot more time to change tactics now with the Advanced AI, at least IMO. You've got to make sure you don't botch something and call for Cover 4 every play or something stupid.

Different tactics work against different teams. The "best" tactics against one team is not the best against another. I do not know how long it takes you to set tactics but on My O alone I have 155 inputs, that outputs over 550 plays. so , personally I would not change anything, I do not have the time to chage all those setting that many times. Maybe you do , good for you.

Here's hoping I'm not running Cover 4 every play against the Hogs.

That's what preset tactics are for. I don't know if you realized it or not but you can save different gameplans. We don't use 155 inputs per gameplan, but we have a decent amount. If your O has 155 inputs for one single gamplan then you have definitely gone overboard. There is such a thing as micromanaging too much.

Besides, if a team schedules a scrim on an off day then theres a good chance they have plenty of time to change up their gameplan. I don't understand why a team would schedule a scrim in the first place if they don't want to play hard and get some information out of it.
