last season, i tried to get it going, but couldn't even get 16 teams to sign up...which would be the minimum for a decent tournament....its not the timing thats the issue, its that there isn't enough teams that want to do this.
and the fact that a bunch of the teams that signed up last season have moved up to AAA....we have even less teams willing to do this.
