He's a coward. It's a huge cop out since he knows the admins won't allow him to transfer 1500 FPs.

Dont want to get into legalities, but money is involved now, you counteroffered on a contract, he paid you 40 cents and by thus accepted that counteroffer. Offer, acceptance, consideration...

Seriously what good does playing people in your own range do you? besides, youd have to find a capped team with a level 25 hb to do that.

Why reward a brat like him? Giving him any amount of FP is foolish, it's obvious that he doesn't care about his reputation, so all he's getting out of this is free FP.
