Norsemen have been sliding recently but should turn it around here as the Rising seem to be great on paper but just haven't put it together in a regular season game up to this point.

Here's hoping BOR can turn it around this week.

I hope so, we need more competitive teams here.

The Boghoppers squeaked by with a win. I look forward to hopefully having a rematch. I was honestly surprised that our defense held your offense to 14 points and in all actuality, we probably should have held you to 7. Losing 2 fumbles on Punt Returns really hurt (1 of the fumbles put you in GREAT field posisition and you guys got a TD out of it). We were outmatched at a lot of positions but still stayed competitive. That just goes to show how far a little strategy and good game planning will go. Good game Boghoppers but feel lucky. LOL!

That was too close for comfort...lol, good game planning and strategy. Good luck the rest of the season, if we meet again...maybe there will be a rematch. I think we took you guys a little too lightly. Won't happen again, thanks for the wake up call...we do feel somewhat lucky, looks like the league is going to make us pay attention after all.

Excellent!

The Monkeys aren't getting any better yet with the new owner and the Devils aren't extremely tough, they are bett then their opponent at this point.

Never any love for the Devils huh? We killed them!

You made some last minute changes that had me scared at lunch and since this f@@king Palm Treo isn't Java friendly, we were stuck with what we had. But props for a good game and mega props to my players for being so damn good and holding a Top 3 team to only 14 points and out gaining you 3 to 2. GREAT GAME!

I picked you to win didn't I? Just don't expect it every week, lol. Good Game.

Close game but I feel the new guys are going to pull it out in the 4th. the Nighthawks are good, but CCC seems to be getting it together after bombing last season.

Manchester Drunken Monkeys vs. Helsinki Devils W
The Monkeys aren't getting any better yet with the new owner and the Devils aren't extremely tough, they are bett then their opponent at this point.

Dayton <-FnA-> vs. Dublin Boghoppers L
Game of the Week, we win in a squeaker.

Barcelona Admirals vs. Glasgow Doom L
Talk about a game for the basement, this is it. Both teams have had their issues, both teams are still fighting through said issues, both have higher than average CPU's but I think the Admirals take this one.

Amsterdam Smokers vs. Amsterdam Red Lights L
The Smokers have had an easy schedule up to this point and the RL's have beaten some quality opponents the last couple of weeks. The streak continues in another great game this week as the ARL get by the Smokers.

Syracuse Slashers vs. Arlington Avalanche W
Avalanche by a snow slide. Good luck Slashers.

Oslo Norsemen vs. Burnt Orange Rising W
Norsemen have been sliding recently but should turn it around here as the Rising seem to be great on paper but just haven't put it together in a regular season game up to this point.

Coventry Terror vs. Iceland Dream team W
The Terror have all the personel to be a top team, just have to get it together. IDT seems to have taken a step back from last season and so far are the league's biggest surprise, they should have been better.

5-3, damn, I'm losing my touch here, damn Advanced AI! Two of these were coin flip games and the other was a battle of CPU's, so I guess it's not all bad.

So why are/did you trade off your #1 WR? I can understand the crowded backfield, but the WR?

Could be that they have no cash and with the demands for WR I'm sure they got alot for him so they could make payroll!

nope they felt 2 17s were worth more than a 22, i agree with the holes he has to fill. Most of us did our long term planning last year so we could go cherry pick studs to fill holes. he doesnt need studs he needs patches.

I'm the Qb Mazo and i'm going to stick around another season to make it easier to rebuild Glasgow.
