Good luck to the new Austin Powers. If I can't sign anyone with my team, I can only imagine how hard it's gonna be for him. Your best bet is to make a thread about a rebuilding team that got gutted and chances are that you will find some players. Or just go to the Marketplace and look for players that don't mind rebuilding teams.

or offer people a slow build team experience
i promised myself i was done building players but some how i managed to make 6 more this off season for slow building teams lmao

thats why i am doing it BBB that way i got backups someday if i decide i wanna pull them out of the rest of the team that is all slow building 
with the exception of my DE/FB/TE all my players have been slow built
