Just another newbie who thought SE Asia would be a cakewalk, then realized he was going to play with the big boys, so he took his ball and went home.

If I was a player on that team, I would never resign and would ask for a immediate releas/trade. I wan't to play for something whether I win or lose.

while im happy to be moving up and i like all my players, if any top players from this idiot's team want to play for a real class organization that wants to win EVERY game, give us a holla. we might be able to find a spot for you.

I too feel as if the Promotion/Demotion system for advancement is broken.

It should be at least 2 up , 2 down. Personally I think 4 up and 4 down would be the best thing for about 2 or 3 seasons just to balance leagues out. Bort dropped the ball (or balloon) on this one.

With that being said.. I think its comical that your scared to move up a league. And especially since your in the South Asia league lol.

I could understand if you were in USA and scared of the AAA leagues (which are very tough), but its obvious you guys are too talented to stay in the league your in now. Undefeated and you think your going to get demolished in the new league?

Can't do 4 up 4 down. Not equal amount of teams coming down then for the amount coming up. (2 AAA feeding into one Pro. 4 coming down from Pro when 4 from AAA1 and 4 from AAA2 moving up)

I'll third that.

Throwing a game just to keep your fragile egos from getting hurt. The game is about more then beating up on people. Despicable.

I don't buy them throwing the game either...i almost used this exact same strategy in my conference championship game this season to try and confuse our opponent, who we knew would be covering off our dominant passing game. We also had a strong running game, and thought that this EXACT same strategy might work. I changed my mind about 90 minutes or so before the game and went to our bread and butter, but to claim this was "throwing a game" after they lost is just silly.

That said, if this was done to throw the game, I hope one of the mods or admins catches it, and if there aren't rules about this shady behaviour, I hope they come. Also, someone should link the point in this thread to Jed or one of the others where the OP posts a direct thread from his private team forum, get him suspended for a while.
