GG Bombers, just more of the same. I counted 15/21 for you guys on 3rd downs, including 8/9 to start the game. We can't survive that, have to get off the field on 3rd and 10s.

How the hell do you win so many games with only 3 CBS and 4 LBs?

It's more important to build good players than to build lots of players.

But seriously, we're the only high quality running team in the tier and have been for a while. I've found 3 CBs and 4 LBs is enough for passing and balanced offenses. We'll probably have to add some run specialists for Vet.

Have you looked at GA's defensive roster?

3 CBs isn't a problem if you never run formations that require more than a couple of them. Same thing with LBs.

I would think stamina would be an issue at some point late in the game, unless they all have 60+ conditioning.

Not necessarily applicable though because Central runs a ton of MLB Cloud defense. They must have pretty high conditioning or something.

Not really tbh. Even with 109 plays for the CB1, he started this random late play with 58 energy. You can see how little energy he uses backpedaling for most of the play. https://glb2.warriorgeneral.com/game/replay/212933/2610597?player_id=122124

I don't really see a big need for even 4 pass CBs unless you really want to use formations with 4 CBs. And we've done that some anyway, with a FS sliding over to CB4.

Yeah, pass defenders use up less energy than other defenders like linemen.

Quality picks rob, especially with so many close games.

Whereas my picks were tied for worst, I did go a perfect 7-0 in tiers that I have players in though....so that's something.
