We could have more meaningful debates about why you should shave 10 points off skill X to boost up skill Y if we knew what they actually did. I wish we could debate builds here the way they do on LoL or Hearthstone forums.
The difference in those games are you actually control your guys/cards. Here the numbers are all you have. If everybody knew exactly what to build, all builds would be the same and it would just turn into a game for coordinators.
