absolutely... Once you figure out the right build, kickers are beastly once they get to vet

Bulldogs kicker is having the best season of any Kicker in GLB2 HISTORY once the ideal builds were determined for accuracy

#8 Run Defenders lose to #19 Whoville Whos

They might be making a Lifetime movie out of the Run Defenders. They built their entire team around stopping the Stunners, but went 0-2 against the Minnesota Stunners and then sucked against everyone else too.

My Pro kicker is 37 of 44 FGs. 177 of 178 XPs.

http://glb2.warriorgeneral.com/game/player/95352

S6 - 47%
S7 - 57%
S8 - 57%
S9 - 75%
S10 - 84%

Can't be too much of a fluke because my Seasoned kicker who is built mostly the same has a similar trend. Should actually be better in the end after tweaking a few skills. Guess time will tell.

S8 - 51%
S9 - 58%
S10 - 64%

Both non-S*

Yes, it's not hard to have a decent kicker at Pro and Vet. Kickers are especially frustrating in rookie and sophomore though. The floor should be raised a bit I think. Rookie kickers are probably hitting around 40% of FG and it should be raised to around 60% and climb to 80-90 in Vet.

Most teams have guys that are FG specialists and they are completely unreliable for 2-3 seasons.

sweet. When you start pouring out 90% at will you can be the official kicker guy.

The median NFL kicker is ~85% in real life. 84% with a non-S* seems reasonable to me.

84% with non-S* seems good. Just going through a few kickers my NFL team's had recently and that's a good rate.

Graham Gano hit 73.8% in 3 seasons with us, we cut him, and is now hitting 84.9% in 3 seasons with Carolina.

Billy Cundiff's career rate is 76.2%, and hit 58.3% with us before we cut him. He was basically only in the NFL because he could consistently get touchbacks on kickoffs.

We now have Kai Forbath, whose averages are a bit inconsistent but his career averages in 3 seasons with us are 88.1%.

NFL kickers are getting more and more accurate. Last season was another example.

26 kickers made at least 80% of their FG's.
16 kickers made at least 85% of their FG's.
6 kickers made at least 90% of their FG's.

I think 80-88 is a good range for non-S* and probably 88-95 for S*

The one problem is, most of the skill caps that I have don't allow much room for improvement going from non-S* to S*. I can maybe see squeezing out a few more %, maybe 90%...but that's likely the limit.

Definitely not worth the price of admission (IMO) when it's likely possible to pull 85+% with a non-S*.

such is the debate at multiple positions though. And those debates are much more expensive than kicker.

Here's a question on a FG specialist non-S* vs S*. Say you get the same kick accuracy, power, consistency caps, but you leave confidence/heart lower on the non-S*. On the S*, you jack up heart really high, so now Celebration fires really well.

What's more valuable? That reliable Celebration kicker, or a cheaper kicker and a handful of additional high contracts? Which one will impact the morale tug of war in a game more?

caps are one thing. Filling them up is another. You can't go 100/100/100/100 on Heart/FG Power/Kick Accuracy/Kick Consistency even on a S*.
