no - if I recall it was minimal screens - certainly not half or anything like that.

No screens were used in either game. He played me a 2nd time and didn't blitz at all and did a lot better. The "season of the blitz" may be a bit exaggerated.

5 hurries 2 sacks

Mind you this is against linemen that are built solely to pass block, but can't stop the rush. I will run stats at some point in the near future to prove/disprove the theory, but expect this season to be like the pre-hold TE/HB in season where sacks are easy to come by.

Sacks will be up and teams who built Slow WRs with high CiT are in trouble. I mean you are a Journeyman team and your fastest WR is 5.36.

It begins.

In Stobie's Defense, he was building his players for how the sim was working.

Now that's it's changed, it'll take him time to adapt. He used each player's resepc after Rookie.

We'll have to see how LZ Boys fare against the Drunks.

I expect 72 ZEBs as well.

Its funny cause that kind of gimmick only works on full pass teams, balanced teams will run inside and rip that kind of defense to shreds.

During the scrims I ran, your QB handled the blitz much better than Stobie's team.

My team has always given up a few sacks because I went all pass catching early and it will take all season for me to catch up but just stating that sacks imo will be way up this season. I think it's good there is a way to stop teams like mine. That team was built to pass rush. So I got hit hard. Still had a chance to make it a game though down 23 early I made some of the score up but just couldn't complete the job. Just my 2 cents is that blitzing shouldn't have been the solution to stop passing teams.

Here is how I see it:

-all the coverage changes Necessary
-penalty on hurried passes was overdue!
-nerf to QB Pocet AWR force ppl to not fucking ignore those things

Ofc my beloved Cobras havent played yet, so maybe my rage will come about 13:30

That was my offense I threw in there. As lol as it was we still put up 450 yards. I definitely intended to run the ball more but the trailing AI kicked in really quickly for some reason.

10 TDs seems pretty OP to me. Next time use moar lube?
